I’m not sure what your blended essential oil candles smell like, can you help?

Whilst we do advise which oils are in each candle, we understand it is still hard to make a choice if you have smelt them before. Therefore we offer tealight sample candles so that you can see try before committing to a full-size candle purchase. You can order a tealight sample of any of our essential oil or seasonal collection for £1 each and if you decide to purchase we will refund your sample against a larger candle.

We feel this offers customers a unique experience to try before you buy.

What is in your essential oil candles?

Our essential oils are premium therapeutic grade oil. These are not man-made manufactured fragrances, but the actual oils harvested from their respective plants by steam distillation or cold pressing. The gentle benefits of the oils are released on the candle burning, and we use a very high percentage of oil within our candles – just enough to not degrade the function of the wick or the wax. Our range is made up of our bespoke blends, these are not pre-mixed.

We only use 100% natural rapeseed wax for our essential oil candles, rape seed is a plant wax that is sourced in the UK, and is GM free (genetically-modified) . The rapeseed wax is completely free of the pollens that can cause allergic reactions during the early weeks of May when the rape flowers, and burns long and pure when used in a candle. It is totally natural, and for us, it is the obvious choice for essential candles – nothing is totally soot -free but these candles rarely make any soot, and they do burn clean, all you should be left with is an empty glass (except for the wickwell) and a lovely smell!

We use natural cotton and linen wicks across our essential oil candle and seasonal collection ranges.

What are your delivery terms

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays). However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us via the contact page.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.

What happens if I need to return a candle to you?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our delivery charges cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you are responsible for any postage costs connected to this, if this was not an error on our behalf. Please make sure that you get a proof of purchase when you return any goods to us as if the returned items do not make it back, we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued.

Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return and we can give you a return code to use to ensure prompt processing.

How do I know that my information is secure and private?

We respect your privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any third party without your express consent. Our payment data is 128 bit encrypted and we use Paypal for our payment processing so that you can rest assured your payment information is secure.
